The protests in Egypt have prompted renewed questions about the U.S.'s aid to the country. The people, following the example of Tunisia, decided that they are sick of their dictator, president Mubarack. Mubarack has ruled for 30 years as a dictator, and now the people of Egypt are protesting that they want a fair government, and want a new president for their country to be more organized and better for people in Egypt.

Egypt will have no difficulty using these helicopters into its armed forces. The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in all the region.

UNHCR(United Nations High Commissioner for Regugees) increased the number of telephone hotlines at the end of January amid growing concern about the refugees in Cairo and elsewhere.
